Excellent dental work as always and Dr. Flack is always willing to adjust any dental work done by him at previous visits if they need a touch up such as fillings. (Only issue is I haven't received my signed military form yet.)
I enjoy going to the dentist because of the thorough cleaning I get every time and the fun atmosphere they have created with all of their clients. I have never once had to tell the receptionist what my name was for check in, or anybody else for that matter.
The staff and Dr. Flack are top notch! I highly recommend this dental office.
My visit was wonderful! My hygenist and doctor made sure that I was comfortable the entire time I was there. My procedure lasted over 2 hrs and they asked multiple times how I was doing and if I needed a break or if they could get me anything. The shot of novacaine went well as the doctor made it as pain free as he possibly could. Hats off to a job well done and very satisfied customer.
I remember sitting in the chair and thinking how nice everyone is there. I don't feel pressure for doing something, but want it if I really do need it. Keep up the great service and I will continue to send customers your way.
The dentist is the scariest thing to me...always has been. Laura is the best. Very good at what she does ~ I feel more relaxed than I ever have at a dentist:) Give her a raise ;o)
Dr Flack and his staff are all very professional and informative. They answer all my questions and spend the time needed for me to make the decisions I need to regarding my dental health. It is a great team approach. I feel very well cared for when I have my appointments. Thanks Dr Flack!

My appointment today was good. Laura is always so pleasant and gentle. Dr. Flack is awesome and a very good listener. My only complaint is this - I had an appointment for April 13th. I am Office Manager for an accounting firm in town. I had a staff member call in sick and I had to cover the front desk for the day. This was unexpected and unforeseen.
