My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary in November, and I ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies from North Raleigh Florist; they had an excellent reputation. I was just married on October 19, 2019 and I had North Raleigh Florist do several bouquets, hair pieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower petals for my flower girl. Let me tell you, I had no idea what I was doing throughout my wedding planning and did about 90% of it all on my own (including 2 bouquets and 3 boutonnieres to save some on cost). I'll update this when I hear from my niece and see the flowers and balloon bouquet I ordered if it lives up to what they say their standards are. It was supposed to be delivered today and still nothing. My niece has been waiting for it and delayed her dinner plans to wait for it. This is not acceptable for a supposedly reputable company. If you can't deliver the same day don't offer those services. My suggestion deliver to the nearest locations first. Get the easy ones out of the way then complete the furthest delivery. I called North Raleigh Florist yesterday evening, to inquire about a delivery to my job, b/c I would have to take the flowers to Franklinton, an area not served by other florists. I spoke with Pam, and she provided extraordinary service: not only did she process my order (close to 6pm), but also offered to schedule the delivery of my order to Franklinton for the following day! Fantastic florist. Have used them twice for Mother's Day. Lovely arrangements, and fast delivery! Placed an order on Saturday and it arrived at 8am on Sunday!

I called North Raleigh Florist from New Jersey to have flowers sent for a funeral. Teresa was so helpful and extremely efficient. They emailed me the receipt and sent a picture of the flowers within a few hours which were exactly what I requested! Great service and follow up!

I have ordered flowers from North Raleigh Florist quite frequently in the past. For my mom's birthday, I ordered an arrangement for her and was excited to receive the call to say how much she loved it.
