All I can say is 'last minute' and they treated me like I ordered days in advance. The flowers were beautiful and they pretty much saved homecoming. I made them stay late on a Saturday and I didn't get one negative comment or look. They were gracious and extremely kind. I recommend these guys if u want people that really seem to care.
My husband sent me flowers from the North Raleigh Florist when i went back to work. They were absolutely gorgeous! He is not really a 'flowers' kind of guy, so I am always pleasantly surprised when i do get flowers. This was by far the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received! (and his sweet card made me cry) i hope he uses them a little more often!
New to the area, looked for local florist, read reviews for the North Raleigh Florist, all seemed pleasant with good service, so I said why not, I gave them a call to place an order. Was told their address was on Capital Blvd, not thinking anything of it. We are currently sharing space with Fallon's Flowers and had a banner up that said North Raleigh Florist but it just fell down due to wind and we are putting it back up. I am very sorry for the confusion and wasted time, you should have been told on the phone that we were in the same building - it's possible the associate forgot the banner fell down and forgot to tell you but it still does not excuse the experience you had. First of all, their website hijacked Fallons Florist for which I was calling and sent me to their site. When I called to discuss my order, their service said they were closed, but press #1 and we will take your order. The receptionist (off site) placed the order incorrectly. When I tried to call back, no one would help me as again, no one was in the shop at 1:00pm on a Friday! I asked to receive a return call from the florist ... but no one responded. I was referred to this florist by the funeral home next door to them. My Father suddenly passed away and I had to fly in from California. I didn't know about any vendors in the Raleigh area. I only used them because I assumed that my funeral home wouldn't refer me to a crappy place.
