RecommendedI have been here over a year now, and must say that the staff is the best I've ever known in an apartment complex. The grounds are kept up very well. I have complaints, but they're not really anything that can/will be corrected, and I have to remember that it is an apartment situation. 😁 Overall, I give them a solid 4 stars!!!!! (Hey, nobody's perfect!!!)

We lived here for six years. It’s was our home. It’s where I brought home my two babies from the hospital, where we said goodbye to our dogs, we built our lives here. We absolutely loved it. Unfortunately the rent went up year after year, and this past year it was just too high. So we had to leave. My kids miss it as bad as we do. It was home for them, for us. I wish the rent didn’t have to go up so much every year. If you have the means to live here, you will love it.

I been living here for 5 years and everybody In the office is very nice they are kind funny and always makes my day I never want to leave Northwoods because they are my favorite of all time and North woods is the best place to live
I couldn't be happier with the staff here. They always make us feel so welcome anytime we come by the clubhouse. For that reason alone, I want to give this place 5 stars! Aside from the staff, our home is lovely and well maintained. Any maintenance issues are promptly corrected. It's a quite neighborhood that feels safe and welcoming. (As someone living in the city for the first time, that was the most important thing for me) Overall I am extremely pleased with our experience here. -9 months into our lease-
Staff here is the best!! Friendly, cooperative, supportive; maintenance is quick to respond and is also accommodating. Apartments need upgraded appliances, but are in overall satisfactory condition.
