This company (owned by Management Services Corporation) cares way more about money than their tenants. They make it extremely hard to break your lease early and actually require you to pay 4 months worth of rent to do so, unless you're fortunate enough to personally know someone who is willing to take your lease over and would also have good enough credit to do so. you don't want to rent here! They allow ANYTHING in here, you will have people partying ALL night long, drinking, fighting, being loud, no home training what so ever!! Cops get called, but they must have a cb radio or something because they go in for a while and come back out after the cops pull out. They will sit out in the parking lots playing loud music. You can try to turn in it to the FOUR SEASONS office all you want, they don't care. But people need to know what kind of people are let in before allowing family's moving... read more
