Absolute terrible experience around the holidays with Northeast Health Services out of West Springfield, MA. The prescriber named “Elin’ was nice, that is about the only success I had with this place. They are money hungry they do not care about you as a person. At first, everything was going somewhat smooth with the prescriber. I have only spoken to her twice virtually over the phone. I never went into the West Springfield, MA office in person. Then the day before Christmas, December 23, 2025 they ended up stealing almost $250 from me without giving me prior authorization or even an invoice to reflect that I owed them anything.
