Absolute terrible experience around the holidays with Northeast Health Services out of West Springfield, MA. The prescriber named “Elin’ was nice, that is about the only success I had with this place. They are money hungry they do not care about you as a person. For instance, I was seeking help with a therapist to deal with my depression. I had a virtual first time meeting scheduled for the week of the 16th. At first, everything was going somewhat smooth with the prescriber. I have only spoken to her twice virtually over the phone. I never went into the West Springfield, MA office in person. Then the day before Christmas, December 23, 2025 they ended up stealing almost $250 from me without giving me prior authorization or even an invoice to reflect that I owed them anything. I suffer from anxiety. All I will say is that I have FIVE professionals telling me that Talia is not doing a professional job as far as my meds management are concerned. She is not listening to me when I tell her what my other providers say, she screamed telling me she’s the professional and not my other 5. I’m in withdrawals which are dangerous but not In her eyes or Kristin’s. I will be filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Medical Board and 5 people are going against her. I had family come here and switch services with providers twice. She specifically asked for weekly supports to start and both providers placed in on an irregular schedule, sometimes going three weeks without seeing her. The provider she is seeing currently will meet with her for 10 minutes of a 45 minute to hour long billed session and will duck out after asking her how she is sleeping, not addressing the true reason why she is seeking psychotherapeutic supports. when the first clinician stopped messaging my family member, s... read more
