RecommendedI've had my therapist out of the Plymouth office for two years now. When I finally decided to get therapy, I was in a really bad place mentally. I wasn't sleeping, eating, functioning basically. I was way beyond a simple bout of depression. I'm so grateful for my therapist and for Northeast Health Services, making it possible for me to get therapy throughout the pandemic and beyond virtually. I encourage anyone who might need help to contact them. Best gift I gave myself.

Waited 3 weeks for an appt, the NP no call, no showed. when I called the office, they were rude about it and could care less. The girl lied about calling me to tell me that the NP was out sick for the day, not one text or email was sent. They don't care about their patients at all. Their staff isn't nice, it was an awful experience.

Unprofessional staff. Do not use this service. I had an appointment for an intake as a new patient and my appt was cancelled 48hrs ahead of my scheduled appointment time. No reschedule was offered in the voicemail. I called back 4 times over the last week and left 2 voicemails for a call back to reschedule with no calls returned. I don't recommend Northeast especially for med management. I was told I was functioning and that was enough for her. she was done. there's a difference between functioning and living. she didn't listen and snapped at me. The interpersonal skills of this provider were lacking, to say the least. The persona that she gave off was very high and mighty. Practice does not follow their own policies regarding children of divorced parents who share legal custody. I need information on how to file a complaint and make sure that the violations are noted in my child’s chart and I have had difficulty getting calls or emails back and need more information on this process.
