RecommendedI've had my therapist out of the Plymouth office for two years now. When I finally decided to get therapy, I was in a really bad place mentally. I wasn't sleeping, eating, functioning basically. I was way beyond a simple bout of depression. I'm so grateful for my therapist and for Northeast Health Services, making it possible for me to get therapy throughout the pandemic and beyond virtually. I encourage anyone who might need help to contact them. Best gift I gave myself.

I don't recommend Northeast especially for med management. I was told I was functioning and that was enough for her. she was done. there's a difference between functioning and living. she didn't listen and snapped at me. The interpersonal skills of this provider were lacking, to say the least. The persona that she gave off was very high and mighty. Practice does not follow their own policies regarding children of divorced parents who share legal custody. I need information on how to file a complaint and make sure that the violations are noted in my child’s chart and I have had difficulty getting calls or emails back and need more information on this process.
They never reached out to me and canceled my appointment 5 minutes beforehand. Nobody answers their phones and there’s no way to email them. Waste of time.
The worst place to get therapy or any kind of emotional help. I was on my way to this place, deeply sad and depressed, finally finding the courage to ask for help.and they cancelled my first appointment just one hour before, saying it was a “double booking error.” Still, I stayed calm, and they offer to rescheduled me only more than a week later, o Kindly ask again and the guy find me an appoimtment for the next day. There could be a better way to actually reach a human to ask a question instead of a voicemail having to be left! I called to check which day my appointment is as the portal set up lists two different days in a row even though the text messages sent does list one of those days!
