I've had my therapist out of the Plymouth office for two years now. When I finally decided to get therapy, I was in a really bad place mentally. I wasn't sleeping, eating, functioning basically. I was way beyond a simple bout of depression. I'm so grateful for my therapist and for Northeast Health Services, making it possible for me to get therapy throughout the pandemic and beyond virtually. I encourage anyone who might need help to contact them. Best gift I gave myself.
There could be a better way to actually reach a human to ask a question instead of a voicemail having to be left! I called to check which day my appointment is as the portal set up lists two different days in a row even though the text messages sent does list one of those days!
This organization is very unprofessional, and has a strong lack of understanding and compassion for their patients. They don’t listen to their patients input, and think the care is one way…. I’m having a serious issue with my local office that is going unheard! I miss my mom and pop center that they bought out! 😔
