They never reached out to me and canceled my appointment 5 minutes beforehand. Nobody answers their phones and there’s no way to email them. Waste of time.
The worst place to get therapy or any kind of emotional help. I was on my way to this place, deeply sad and depressed, finally finding the courage to ask for help.and they cancelled my first appointment just one hour before, saying it was a “double booking error.” Still, I stayed calm, and they offer to rescheduled me only more than a week later, o Kindly ask again and the guy find me an appoimtment for the next day. There could be a better way to actually reach a human to ask a question instead of a voicemail having to be left! I called to check which day my appointment is as the portal set up lists two different days in a row even though the text messages sent does list one of those days!
This organization is very unprofessional, and has a strong lack of understanding and compassion for their patients. They don’t listen to their patients input, and think the care is one way…. I’m having a serious issue with my local office that is going unheard! I miss my mom and pop center that they bought out! 😔

I’ve been a client since 2020 and have had mostly good providers, but they don’t stay because the place is an absolute disaster and they have no idea what they’re doing. One provider I had who was not good, my med provider, Lisa Costa, lied to me about putting in a neuropsych referral for months. Now all the sudden they “don’t do” neuropsych evaluations, because even that provider quit. I will be seeking services elsewhere.

an absolute SHT show. waited 45 min for Gloria to start the appointment and send me a link. called them 5 times wondering what was going on. no-one there has a CLUE. finally someone got a hold of Gloria and she said she didnt know it was a ZOOM meeting. then she preceeds to be the most unprofessional, callous human being.completely inept at her job. i sat there for 30 min in silence while she read my intake form. NIGHTMARE. Is this place a scam? Because no-one that works there has any capacity to be helping someone.
