I had to take a sick kitty there last night....the staff was so caring and understanding. The Vet was REALLY good an explaining everything and all options and they showed me prices before they did anything. I wasn't expecting to have to let our cat go last night but I did....the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend them.

I took my cat there last night- we received excellent care. The veterinarian we had was amazing. She was extremely personable and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and talked us through every step. Thank you so much for taking care of my pet!

Wonderful staff and atmosphere. They were up front about it costing more than a typical appointment, and gave multiple treatment options not only based on what they recommended but also with cost as well. We did end up being there for quite some time, but overall had a wonderful experience.

They are very caring and wonderful with our pet. However, be prepared to wait. I have yet to be there and not had to wait close to a half hour to see someone even with an appointment. It is also very expensive, but even given the negatives I would take my dog there again if I needed to.
NIVES did an amazing job taking care of my Golden Retriever puppy Layla last night. They were knowledgeable, kind, and surprisingly affordable for their services, which would be expected to be at a premium rate. I appreciated their consideration in regards to their pricing before administering any services, and for giving us different options of care. Layla is acting great as of this morning and I believe it is thanks to the complete efforts of the entire staff at NIVES. Thank you!
I cannot say enough about this place. We had planned to put our dog down on the Tuesday after Labor Day. Suddenly, she began to have seizures on Labor Day, and this facility was the only place we could find that was open. Not only were they open, but they were magnificent. From the gentleman at the front desk, to the vet, to the assistants. They treated my family wonderfully through an extremely difficult situation and day. Great place and professional in a time when as a pet parent I’m stressed. Everyone was very upfront, gave me options, told me the prices of each option and their opinion. Doctor Lockman was great, kind, and would totally recommend if your dog was vomiting/defecating uncontrollably at 12am-1am in the morning
