RecommendedDr. Totten was top notch !! She is very kind and went above and beyond keeping us informed and answered all our questions. Dawn, Vet Tech, was also top notch explaining the clinical trial and what to expect during Baxter’s stay in ICU. All the Tech’s were kind and helpful when I called for updates, no matter the time of day! Professionals all the way around! Thank you all for getting our sweet boy back to health!
We had to have our 10 week old puppy seen after being scratched in the eye. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. We experienced the BEST customer service . Keep up the good work!!
I can't say enough good about the wonderful staff at NIVES! Compassion and caring from everyone of the staff I came in contact with. Without them I would not have my Max home with me today. Thank heavens for NIVES. We found out our sweet boy Brewster had cancer on Wednesday and knew we had to let him go. We just wanted one last evening with him so we took him home with the intention of taking him back on Thursday to put him to sleep. We had a nice evening and pampered him and loved him as much as we could. But during the night he became restless and began struggling a bit.
