RecommendedLong holiday weekend, and we needed one of our dogs seen by a vet, and our regular vet was closed of course. This emergency clinic was closest one to us here in MI. We were promptly taken in when we arrived. The entire staff from reception to technicians to the veterinarian on duty, all very friendly, caring and courteous. Its hard when you have to see a vet you don't know, in an urgent situation.. but this clinic put our minds at ease, did what was necessary without doing unnecessary tests. Dr. Totten was top notch !! She is very kind and went above and beyond keeping us informed and answered all our questions. Dawn, Vet Tech, was also top notch explaining the clinical trial and what to expect during Baxter’s stay in ICU. All the Tech’s were kind and helpful when I called for updates, no matter the time of day! Professionals all the way around! Thank you all for getting our sweet boy back to health!
We had to have our 10 week old puppy seen after being scratched in the eye. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. We experienced the BEST customer service . Keep up the good work!!
I can't say enough good about the wonderful staff at NIVES! Compassion and caring from everyone of the staff I came in contact with. Without them I would not have my Max home with me today.
