Once I was seated for my appointment I was very happy with the friendly staff and doctor and the through explanation of the procedure I will be receiving.

Great staff. Everything went smooth
Everything went very well. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. Dr Whitney was very good and always made sure I was comfortable as he was working on me. His assistant was also very nice and helpful.

Extremely long wait. Appointment was scheduled for 3:15 and the dr came in finally at 4:45
No follow up at all. I left numerous messages and never received a call back. My daughter had surgery and was still in a lot of pain ten days out, I left messages for help, or for the doctor to look at her. They did not respond. I called my referring dentist for help. He said he would email them, 24 hours later and still no response, my daughter is in pain all this time . My first call was two days after her surgery , I called six times and had to leave messages. Procedure went well. However my father, George, was there for 2 hours to have one tooth pulled. I understand that the doctor can get tied up; but making a 99 year old man sit there that long is unacceptable and frankly, unprofessional. I apologize for being rude to the doctor’s nurse, but I was very concerned for my father. Perhaps you could schedule your appointments more efficiently.
