I’m not Brittany quit texting my fucking phone reminding me my family is gone
When I went to schedule after my initial exam the person didn’t know what she was doing. She blamed it on the providers writing. Came in for a procedure and they were not clear on what was being done. Also couldn’t find my insurance card that I had to fax in because the two email addresses they gave me didn’t work. My appointment was changed from 1:00 to 1:40. Nobody from the office contacted me about this change. We live in Helena and had to wait in the car for an extra hour. The waiting room was freezing cold. The I-pads to complete the medical history was ridiculous. This could be something completed by the nurse since she asked the same questions over again.
