I have been without a refrigerator for a week since a power surge during a very bad wind storm knocked it out. Every other place in town and those outside of town could not deliver a reasonably priced fridge until the middle of December at the earliest! I called NNAO and pleaded my case to Don who was extremely understanding and helpful. Not only did he find a fridge in my price range, but he was also able to get it delivered within days of my purchase. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Don!

We have used Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet for every appliance purchase we have made since moving to the area. They are cheaper than big name stores even with delivery and installation and warranty. They are truly great and what they do and aren’t pushy when you go in to shop.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased all my appliances for my kitchen remodel with Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet. I shopped around different stores and found they had the best prices and great customer service. They also do appliance service calls and I have been happy with the service I got from the technician. Very friendly and fixed my dryer with in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for appliances. They take care of their customers.
