Clark and Hank at Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet were AMAZING! We just purchased a dryer and a range and they were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and were just personable. It was really a quality experience. We will be referring all of our friends and family there as well as doing all of our future purchases from them!
Super love Appliance Outlet! no pressure sales, great prices and they service what they sell. I just purchased a 3 piece kitchen suite and they saved be hundreds over the big box stores. They even researched and found exactly what I was looking for. Shop locally owned stores, shop Appliance Outlet!
We were in desperate need of a washing machine and called shortly before they closed today. We showed up with minutes to spare and were treated very professionally. Sales guy was on it, parts guy was great. Super experience over-all. We will be back and we will recommend them to everyone!
Bought a new washer and dryer there , Washer levied first time it was turned on they did fix it. Dishwasher broke called them said I needed a new mother board , son found a wire loose he fixed that , called them today , told them what I needed they said. $75. Today to come look at it they would go back order the part come back for a charge plus a charge for the part which is fine. But also another charge for putting it in. Nope done with them

Steve Reynolds is the owner who I dealt with in purchasing a Monogram ZISS480DKSS 48 Inch Built-in Side-by-Side a 800 lbs Frig and see attached receipt that he handed me. It was to be delivered and installed 2 weeks later. I get a call from him a day before delivery. He said I need to pay more as the installers felt that $600 was too low and I needed to deal with them. Sad service, don't buy from them! I bought a dishwasher and didn't work for but a few months! Horrible!
This store does not begin to know what customer service is. They sold me a lemon! I was never told there was no return policy! I didn't even get a receipt for my purchase! Now after 2 months of lack of communication, 4 service calls, a new motor, a new belt and still a broken dryer I am left to deal with the situation on my own! Buyer beware!

We had sent the service technician to your house to repair your dryer which malfunctioned due to a dryer vent problem in your house. We did not charge you. We even offered you a new dryer at no charge and you told us you would ruin our reputation regardless. As far as no return policy, you signed the receipt acknowledging that you understand that all sales are final and that the unit has a full warranty.
