You never think or plan for the day you have to choose a place for your loved ones. But when that day comes it is so overwhelming. Making the choice is so hard. Pacifica was the best choice we as children made for our mother. The transition was so easy due to the unbelievable staff. They really care. That's so hard to find. We have all become family now. Very satisfied with the care my husband is receiving. The staff is all caring and wants to take good care of all residents. [name removed] loves the food I feel very comfortable calling and asking questions. Staff is so willing to work with [name removed] to make him comfortable and interested in activities. Dont think I could have found a better "home" for [name removed].

Pacifica is an incredible place for services. My 93 years old dad has never been happier. The staff are very attentive and work hard to fill day with activities. He loves the food and is taken care of well.

You could not find a more loving staff or warm and precious residents. It's inviting, clean, and is filled with so much caring. The nurses will find every way to make your family member feel safe and loved. My Mom stopped eating and drinking with the progression of Alzheimer's, every nurse, Med. Tech, caregiver, kitchen staff; all pitched in to help Mom eat and drink. They took the Ensure and turned it into a Chocolate Mousse Delight, and thickened her water and juice so she could swallow, even post massive stroke. I thought... read more
