This place is very clean. People/staff are very professional and caring. They make you feel welcomed with a smile and war, greetings; especially acknowledge your needs. This was the 2nd place for my husband as the first was a horrendous mistake and nightmare. This place is so calm and reassuring! It allows the family to be able to move on knowing the family member is being cared for in the best possible way!

I have lived at Somerford Place of Northridge for over 2 years. The staff is very considerate, caring and attentive to our needs. We have several menu choices. The food is incredible! There are several daily activities. We go on at least two outings each week. I am grateful that Somerford is my home, and would recommend this community for your loved one.

Mom has been at Somerford Place of Northridge for 1 yr and loves it. She was hesitant about leaving her home, however within two weeks she had become an active member of the community. Caring staff and clean facility.

Friendly environment. Friendly,open diverse staff. Diverse residents, representing different ages and cultural identities, that reflect the local community. Feels more like an enclosed apartment complex than an institution. The units not facing the courtyard have little patios.

I have lived at Somerford Place of Northridge, previously Pacifica for 2 years. The staff is very caring and attentive to our needs. We have several menu choices, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've been living at Somerord for the past 2 years. They are constantly improving everyday. The caregivers are compassionate, caring and considerate. There are plenty of daily activities and weekly outings. The food is good and there are several entrees to choose from. I'm happy to call it my home.

It is my pleasure to attend this facility weekly seeing hospice patients as a chaplain. The staff at Somerford Place are always welcoming, gracious, and helpful, not just to guests, but esp. to the residents. The staff are not just dedicated and professional, but have them more to the people that they care for. The management take responsibility but also participate with staff as a team. Well done!
