I'm so grateful for the staff at Pacifica Northridge. I can relax knowing that my mom is well cared for. The caregivers are attentive to her and are responsive to my questions, and requests. Cristina, the Executive Director is passionate about the care they provide to residents, and is very responsive to the families. Thank you Pacifica! !

So thankful for the Pacifica for taking my Dad in on such short notice when we truly needed the extra help. All the staff is so friendly when we visit and in assisting is with our many phone questions. They are being so patient with my dad's many moods. And also accommodating with his difficult needs.

My father is 93 years old and after suffering numerous falls and the loss of his wife of 68 years, he was depressed and suffering agitation. 24 hr caregivers were not able to give him stimulation. We decided to check in to Pacifica Senior Living which specializes in "memory care" patients. He is now recovered. All of the staff from the food servers to the director of the kitchen are kind and caring. He smiles now and we feel he is in a safe, clean, caring environment.

I love Pacifica Northridge! I am relieved to be able to have her stay at sure a great caring place. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, there are lots of activities and we feel welcome. Such a nice community, complete with a dog.

Very friendly great care of our mom social activities are wonderful. Lots of music monthly newsletter let us know what’s going on. Personalized care and attention holiday gatherings and families invited very comfortable setting for family visits mom’s room is spacious and comfortable phone calls and questions are returned promptly. Medication management is very precise.

Physical care has been overall very good to excellent. I feel my mother is in a safe and caring environment she is clean and her environment is clean. At first there was inconsistent communication between floor supplies and decorations by as well as daily care needs.
