SW was assisted by numerals personnel including [Removed] and [Removed], who educated SW on facility policies/procedures and provided helpful insights regarding patients in question, the facility appears safe and clean. SW approves of facilities operation and encouraged staff to continue “award“ with providing quality service to constituents.

I had my mom at Pacifica Assisted Living in Northridge for about seven months. This is the second assisted living facility she has been to in the last year and a half. I am very pleased with the care and efficiency of the staff. The doctor that was recommended to me is also great to work with and the staff helps me to arrange for my medical coordination with this doctor. When it was time to find an assisted living location for my father, who suffers from Alzheimer's, we were very fortunate to find our way to Pacifica Northridge. The building is clean and lovely, the staff is warm, welcoming, caring, and very friendly, as well as knowledgeable about the needs of people with dementia.
