Customer service was excellent. I always take my 2018 Equinox to Northside Nissan for my oil change. The price has increased significantly but they always check with me before doing any extra work. It would be nice if they had a discount for repeat clients.

There’s a closer Nissan Service to my place but I always come at This Nissan Service Shop for the ambiance, convenient service and quality. Brett and Brad were both easy to deal with. The car issue was finally fixed, thanks to all the technicians who worked on it. The courtesy car wash done and tire rotation is also very much appreciated. This branch / shop is very welcoming. Keep it up!

They did a great job on my car after waiting one month for part to come in. Kirt was great and kept me updated on when they could get the parts for car.

Always good experience every time I get my oil and tire swap at Nissan Manning. I am really happy that I get to have a free carwash as well. Jessi, service advisor, is always accommodating.
