Customer service was impeccable. I was there with two small children and the asian lady was really friendly and helped with bringing the car inside then brought back the car inside again at the end of service to avoid having my children outside in the rain. Thank you 😊Â

Customer service was excellent. I always take my 2018 Equinox to Northside Nissan for my oil change. The price has increased significantly but they always check with me before doing any extra work. It would be nice if they had a discount for repeat clients.Â

There’s a closer Nissan Service to my place but I always come at This Nissan Service Shop for the ambiance, convenient service and quality. Brett and Brad were both easy to deal with. The car issue was finally fixed, thanks to all the technicians who worked on it. The courtesy car wash done and tire rotation is also very much appreciated. This branch / shop is very welcoming. Keep it up!Â
