Overall, you did well. I just had a few issues with delays. The dealership would give me a time to show up and the vehicle would not be ready or not everything we had spoken about was completed or started.

Very satisfied with the service at Northside Nissan. Always very accommodating. Found out that Steph isn’t there anymore! That’s a disappointment as Steph was one of the best. But regardless, it’s always entertainment watching the sales/service people arranging their vehicles indoors as you are waiting for your car to be done.
