I was at the dealership at the appointed time and was treated nicely and with respect regardless of the fact that my vehicle needed light maintenance. Courteous and friendly, I like that.

Amazing service. The staff there will book the Uber for you to drop you home, then relax at home and then they will book another Uber to pick you to come when your car is ready. Your car will be washed very clean eventhough you dont ask for this. So impressed. Thank you everyone

Facility was very clean. Service check-in process was quick. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Shop was very busy, but we were kept informed as to the status of our vehicle service. Additional work was identified, and was scheduled in a timely manner. Overall very pleasant experience.

They are awesome! As always was met right away by Jesy, she was very polite acknowledge why I was there noticed that my windshield wiper were worn and suggested replacing them which I did and appreciated it as I knew but always forgot. I was in and out in a hour with my car been washed. Always a pleasant experience when I go and treated with the almost respect

Wonderful staff. Brad was amazing. Although all the staff said hello and engaged in conversation. The Murano was serviced and cleaned , perfectly! Great value! The “boss” and I are wondering what we will get next from Northside Nissan.
