I’m was greeted as soon as I arrived at the dealership. I brought my suv in for an oil change. During the inspection it was noted that my alignment was out. Brett came to discuss the findings with me and ask if I would like the alignment and that it could be done right away, and did I have time to wait. As soon as my vehicle was done he came to find me and went over everything. The customer service I receive was outstanding. Thank you Northside Nissan

I went to my dealership without an appointment about a tire that appeared to be low. My concern was dealt with , the tire was low and my. Vehicle was taken to the shop to further investigate the “why “. The tire was thought to be fixed but there was still air escaping so they continued until it was a sound tire and only then did I get my vehicle.
