It was hard to book online as they only give a few categories and what I wanted done was not listed. That’s a Nissan webpage problem, not the dealership. I did book the appointment (it was nighttime and they were closed) and when I called to clarify what I wanted - no problem. It was easy to check in, I sat and waited for the service to be complete. Comfy chairs and the service was complete within 15 mins of the time that I was quoted. I would recommend this dealership for service anytime.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a car from Northside Nissan. The salesman who helped us was Ali, and he was very friendly and professional. He didn't pressure me or try to upsell me anything we didn't need. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and features, and he answered all my questions patiently.
