My wife and I had a great experience buying a car from Northside Nissan. The salesman who helped us was Ali, and he was very friendly and professional. He didn't pressure me or try to upsell me anything we didn't need. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and features, and he answered all my questions patiently. I had a problem with my back tire on the passenger side. I was not sure if it was the brakes. It turned out to be a rock. My car was washed. They did a video of the car underneath and what they did . They did a oil change. I was very pleased because there was not weeks of waiting and they were able to do my car within the 24 hours since I had called. Thank you Jesy!
