Service department was friendly, fast, and and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.
The test drive was good, ended up with a different sales person at the time of the appointment. Went back and forth on the offer, met the finance manager to finalize. I was very clear on my terms and biweekly payments. After I was approved for the loan I was asked to come in for final signature. None of the original people were at the appointment, not even the sales person who said she would be there. The assistant finance Mgr ended up going over my file.
