The girl that assisted me was pleasant understanding and caring she has alot of compassion.. The only thing o couldn’t understand was they said they were going to wash my car it’s complimentary but that was not the case . My car was still dirty so I took it to the car wash . Everything else was awesome
The whole experience was very good, Cordell was very good at explaining everything to me and even if he didn’t have an answer for something he would go and check right away for me I really appreciated all the time he took and showing me everything on my car and its and explain to me how it works so that I would be ready to drive my new car way I know how to do everything
Brad has not stopped impressing me with genuine care, he has been successfully ruining my image of the “car salesmen”-:) Parts department responded in timely manner with compete even price on summer tires, while some smaller auto shops do not even bother to reply. From the moment I walked in, Brad knew my name and my small problem with tires back in fall. I guess it is not small for him. Thank you !
