I dropped myMurano off at 400 pm to be serviced first thing the following morning and Shauna walked around car with me and I told her it was a 56000 service and if at all possible I needed car by noon for an appointment I had. I stopped in to make an appointment and they were able to do it within the hour. When my vehicle was driven into the bay I was asked about my vehicles front end and it will be going in for preventative repair on Tuesday. Overall, appreciated both parts of the visit, very friendly and professional.
