I have been getting my car serviced here for almost 5 years and have few complaints. This time I was in for a brake flush and a wonderful service representative named Andrea looked after me. What I liked about her was the regular communication regarding the status of my vehicle, making sure I had a coffee and generally looking after me.Â

I dropped myMurano off at 400 pm to be serviced first thing the following morning and Shauna walked around car with me and I told her it was a 56000 service and if at all possible I needed car by noon for an appointment I had. I proceeded to tell her of the 2 issues I had with the car, one of them the trim below both front doors was pulling away from frame.The other issue I had was the tailgate when you hit the open button on tailgate it would lift tailgate 6inches and kick out so had to manually push tailgate down to close... read more
