I had a very positive experience from the time I dealt with the service advisor and the service manage. I was completely satisfied this quality of the work which was excellent and all of my expectations were more than met

My experience at the dealership was very pleasant, Brett was helpful and pleasant. The waiting room was stocked with choice of beverages and newspapers and plug ins. As nice wait. My only reason for not a perfect score was I called last Thursday for an appointment for an oil change and the person (lady) who answered the phone in service dept. said no appointments for oil changes that there was a drive through. I waited over 2 hours and when I asked Brett he said you could make appointments for oil changes.
The staff were great. Very accommodating in a snowstorm to re arrange appointment. They offered peace of mind check as well. Jesse, the lady who took care of me, was awesome
Always greeted by a friendly face. Everything is completed as requested and had my winter tires installed just in the nick of time! Great service!
