Staff was great but 3 hours for oil change a little long. Made appointment for 1 left at 3. Maybe a bay just for oil change would help
We had a simple winter tire change over but it went very well. Staff was all top shelf. Halee in parts, service writer Matt and I think I got a ride home from the service manager. Very pleased, thank you for the help

From the minute I walked in Jack Sheppard was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and very friendly. The process was more or less seemless and we'll organized. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Jack.
Good experience
The service area was very organized, employees all seemed to know what tasks and how to execute them. My only complaint was who and how did they clean and wash vehicle as windows were terrible spots on them. Didn’t do a good job on inside which makes me wonder how this wash gets past the superiors.
