Cameron’s video introducing us to “our” new vehicle was one on of the best marketing ideas I’ve ever seen. It made us feel important and immediately connected us to the vehicle we ended up buying. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Vanessa, Tony and the Service Department. I had an appointment to take my 2019 Kicks in to have the air conditioner fixed and the screen updated. I had an unfortunate incident a couple of days before I took it in where a dog had jumped all over my doors and scratched it quite bad. I was very upset about it.
