It was fine but it would be nice to have a few chairs outside rather than just in the building as well waiting almost 2 hours would be nice to have a tv

Received a call inquiring as to whether Iwouldluketihavemy winter tires swapped out for summer-said they had a promotion going on where they pick up the vehicle, do the work and bring it back sanitized washed and ready to go. They did not disappoint! It was easy, convenient and the car looked great (as always after a service). My husband noticed that one of the Nissan emblems has fallen off a tire and they had accidents forgotten to put the valve stem caps on two of the tires. Service was very good but slow. Advisor lost paperwork but gave a very generous discount to compensate for it. Will still definitely return.
Regrettably, subject to covid-19 so neither a shuttle available to ferry me back to work nor coffee available while I waited. Service timely & well-explained. Met time estimate so not too much personal time lost during wait.
Good service , was informed of all issues and future repairs that need to be done .
