It was quick and convenient closed on time and everyone I worked with was very helpful and nice
The closer would get 5 stars. Confirming information with Lynn would get 1 star. She was agitated to answer the phone when I missed her call and called back. Abruptly asked me if I ‘got her message’ and when I replied ‘no’ sighed irritably and quickly read off information and ended the call. Made me hesitant to want to wire that much money and close with a company employing someone so unhappy to help when I was following a request to confirm information.
