The closing officer didn't handle the incorrect paperwork well from an inconvenience standpoint, but he got it corrected quickly. There were two of us on the paperwork to be signed, but he kept giving and explaining the paperwork to Philip, and Andrea felt ignored. He should probably work on addressing all parties involved moving forward. Not a great "Yay! You're closing on your first house together!" experience, but got the job done. :(
