Northwest is the best of the best, especially their property manager, Toni Lawson. Best in customer service, follow up and overall knowledge of HOAs and her hands on approach with working with Boards. Would highly recommend Northwest!

I have owned my property at Millpond in Batavia for almost 15 years. Almost 2 years ago pipes under our sidewalk had to replaced so they had to dig it all up plus dig up grass in the back and the front. Upon completion of the job, they laid sod in the back, but never laid sod in the front. So for almost 2 years now, I’ve been looking at weeds and dirt. Countless emails and phone calls did not help.
