I hope to offer a balanced perspective since there have been so many completely negative reviews. Having seen complaints regarding snow removal and basic community maintenance, I believe this snow issue is often dictated by "2 inch-trigger" snow contracts and maintenance related budget decisions rather than the management company's fault.
