Working with Edith to find the right storage unit was a wonderful experience. Extremely professional, personable, strict, and kind; exactly what you want from an on-site manager. She has been an absolute joy to work with and I can rest assured that my belongings will be safe and secure here!
I use storage units across America for my teams and never have I worked with a storage manager like Edith. She keeps me informed, always responsive, and the most accommodating. On top of all that she does a remarkable job keeping the entire campus secure and clean. Thank you Edith!
Manager is great she goes out of her way to help, the other storage renters, well some are well let's say trying, other then that my experience at this facility has actually been a very pleasant one and its close to home!!!
It's been just over a year now and Im still here. Edith is hands down one of the friendliest, most capable, absolutely aware, very knowledgeable, and toughest managers that lives on site. I've met some live on-site managers in the past and have not once been impressed. Edith, you are AMAZING. Thank you for being understanding, thank you for treating people's property in units like it's your own. Myself and I'm absolutely sure many other really appreciated your work ethic and how you go above and beyond. You rock!
