Had some problems with the manager at this location and rated it a 1 star but then when I posted the review, the district manager of NW Storage called me to discuss what happened and when she found out the problems, she refunded me my last month's rent, apologized profusely and told me that the manager was in the wrong and would be reprimanded. So, don't hesitate to contact the corporate office if any issues arise!

Good location for someone in SE Portland. I like that most of the units are drive-up units. The lady who manages and maintains the place was polite and helpful.

Initial visit was lovely the manager woman was fantastic she was professional she was kind she was caring. The facility a bit older all outside electrical switch and light in most of the units. Upon renting from them now for over a year almost two now with multiple units. There are rodent issues in every single unit across the whole entire facility. Stay away from this storage facility! Customer service is terrible and nobody knows what the policy is and you will be told different things by different people. Customer service told me I was fine to make a payment on a specific date and when I called to make that payment they charged me a ton of additional fees and cut my locks on my unit so I also had to pay for a new pad lock. You would be safer locking your belongings to a bench along Spring Water Trail than trusting NW Self Storage (now NSA Trust) to protect them. My unit was broken into sometime between 2/4 and 2/18, and completely ransacked. About $10k in property was stolen, and based on the size of some items (multiple 8' surfboards, 88qt cooler, full sized bbq) this occurred over multiple days. Website claims 5x10' (~50 Sq. Ft.) units (which I rented), however it was actually a 4x9 (36 Sq. Ft.) Still enough for me, and the site is clean, secure and easy to use, but false advertisement is not good for business. That's a reduction of square footage by nearly 30%. Absolutely false advertisement.

I called to give 30 days notice a few weeks ago, the lady told me that I had until March 4th. She calls me at 5 today to say that if I don't have my stuff out today, February 28th, I'll be charged for another month's rent. Um, what?! I asked her why she didn't explain this when I gave notice, she lied and said she did. I would've made arrangements to get my things out today if I had known and she hung up on me.

WARNING!!!!!!! These guys are down right thieves! First of all, The woman in charge, Rachelle, wasn't even around when I came by to rent a unit for my former boyfriend..so she had her teenage daughter rent it to me for him. It was all fine and dandy when she showed up later and even offered us some alcohol. Then Rachelle decided she didn't like my former boyfriend, who never signed the lease, I might add, and posted a 24hr notice for him to vacate. I had left town already when I found out. Been with them for 10 months. I've had 3 locks busted and while my stuff was picked through, I haven't been able to see what, if anything is missing. I'm moving on Tuesday, 4th lock is there, I hope it can last.
