Been with them for 10 months. I've had 3 locks busted and while my stuff was picked through, I haven't been able to see what, if anything is missing. I'm moving on Tuesday, 4th lock is there, I hope it can last.
Our storage unit was broken into twice in the 6 months we had things stored there. There was a hole in the ceiling that was covered over with plywood that was used to get in the second time. The first time the lock was broken. Also, the units are significantly smaller than they claim. We got a 5'x10' and it was smaller than a 9'x4'.
