Multiple patients at this facility have talked about the obscene wait time it takes for any medical staff to respond to a call button. They are either severely understaffed, or just apathetic. Having met with a few pleasant nurses and CNA's, I believe it is the former. Their receptionist seems to take pride in how long they can make people wait outside.
