My visit went very well, considering that it had it had to be over the phone. They got me all checked in and then told me that Dr. Malayil would be calling me back, which he did and we went over everything, and he told me that one of his team members would be calling me to set up my appointment for next month. Here is where I have the only problem, no one has called me yet to set up my appointment for next month, and my appointment was on Thursday April 16th. My mother and I absolutely love Dr Malayil and his staff! She is 92 and has been in pain management program for a number of years now. Dr Malayil is so caring and really takes the time to listen and resolve your issues. Both of the PA’s at the office are also outstanding! We have nothing but praise for the nurses and the desk staff!
