The video quality was great and there were no technical issues. We discussed a general plan to start trying to get all of my aches and pains identified and taken care of. Dr. Malayil has a great attitude and was very informative.
I never felt rushed.

My visit went very well, considering that it had it had to be over the phone. They got me all checked in and then told me that Dr. Malayil would be calling me back, which he did and we went over everything, and he told me that one of his team members would be calling me to set up my appointment for next month. Here is where I have the only problem, no one has called me yet to set up my appointment for next month, and my appointment was on Thursday April 16th. I need my next appointment to be close to May 15th!! I highly reco... read more

My mother and I absolutely love Dr Malayil and his staff! She is 92 and has been in pain management program for a number of years now. Dr Malayil is so caring and really takes the time to listen and resolve your issues. Both of the PA’s at the office are also outstanding! We have nothing but praise for the nurses and the desk staff! I have dealt with other Drs at Valley Pain Consultants and Dr Malayil keeps the great customer service going. Dr Malayil has great bedside manner and cares about his patients!
