I was referred to Dr. Baker after a troublesome MRI. At my first visit, he asked lots of questions and said he thought I needed surgery. He explained everything clearly and showed me on the MRI where my back needed repair. I was petrified of back surgery. He wanted me to be comfortable with my care so tried other avenues for about a year until stubborn me realized I had to have the surgery. Simply stated, I think NP Victoria is THE BEST! She truly cares for her patients. I had been to several doctors but didn’t feel heard. I was beginning to think I would have to learn to live with chronic pain and just stay home. Victoria listens to my concerns, shares her medical opinions and we then discuss how to proceed. She’s helped me stop medications that I was told I’d have to take forever. She’s been managing my pain for a few years now and I am back to vacationing and enjoying my life again. Dr. Morales is extremely thorough, caring, and friendly. He takes the time needed to make sure that my pain needs are taken care of, and follows up in a timely manner.
I went in for injections in C-3 for pain and limited movement in my upper neck in C-1 & C-2 from injuries sustained 16 years previous in a car wreck. The pain was supposed to subside for a 24 hour period but it did not. The upper left softened slightly for a bit but by morning I was back to where I started. I was told these shots were a test to see if they could locate the nerves causing the pain so a different procedure could be done to eliminate this pain issue. Dr. Malayil listened to what my concerns are and addressed them better than appropriately. While the PA’s are good, the are not Drs. And you can’t replace a doctors diagnosis with a PA’s. I’m so glad to have found him as an invaluable dr I don’t think I could replace.
I was so happy with Dr. Malayil he entered the room and announced hisself I have had other doctors recently who did not introduce their selves not only the doctor but the girls in the office was the friendlest and concerned with my visit I would recomend this doctor to anyone he was thourogh and caring doctor If anyone needs a good doc I say book your appt with him.
