I had NP Energy come in to do blown in insulation and spray foam. Once the job was done, I started setting my thermostat 7 degrees lower. The results were exactly what I was hoping for.
The company was very responsive during my initial request. Called me back within hours. Constantly kept the timelines with respect to quotations, scheduling of project, arrival times, etc. Answered all questions. Showed me each step of the process for approval. Highly satisfied. Excellent customer service communication skills.
