I recently rented some storage space from Southern in Ponce. The service I received from Jean and Jenifer was excellent. They explained everything with great clarity and the process went smoothly. I was impressed with the neatness and organization of the area. since my original rental I have visited the storage area to store some of my property and everything went as explained. Great gob guys. Pleasant and professional from start to finish. The grounds were immaculate and clean. Office was organized and neat. Staff was well dressed, clean and extremely courteous. By far the most well run operation I’ve ever seen. 5 stars all day. Kudos.
