The staff is most professional. They greet you warmly when you enter the office, listen to your needs and then match you to an appropriate storage room. I was amazed at the attention to cleanliness. Great facility. Brad, the manager, and Sandra, his assistant, are a credit to the company.

I signed up with Bradley initially, everything went smoothly and he was very professional, and I appreciate that. The facility is nicely kept and it looks like they stay on top of their game, which I appreciate. I would always recommend this facility to anybody who needs a nice clean Place to store their items.

The customer service representative I talked to over the phone was very pleasant, to deal with and the woman .at Hooksett NH location was amazing no waiting and no difficulties… she was very pleasant to deal with and on top of everything . I was very pleased with my experience
