This was the worst experience of any business that I’ve ever dealt with. They conned me into spending thousands of dollars and then made me sign paperwork that No matter what happen , they did not have to pay me back. I am giving NuMale a lower Rating today because when I saw them several months ago for treatment of my ED they were very happy to receive $4300 for me for treatment that did not work. I think they should have been upfront with me at my visit and tell me that this may not work. For anyone considering Numale for their HRT, I would strongly advise that you consider a different provider. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. 1) They will delay delivery of your meds on a consistent basis with one excuse or another (they "forget" to order - this `happened to me at least 6 times over the past 2 years!) 2) They illegally ask you to use medication that has expired (HCG expires in 30 days - they ask you to use it for 60!!) 3) They will withhold medically necessary medication to save thems... read more

The product worked well at first, but then with more doses started to fade. I also (having already spoken with my attorney), must warn you of any interactions with Juan Carlos at this location. I was quoted one rate, told on that visit that two different services could be made at different times (as long as it was within 30 days). The eros treatment was a total waste of time and money. Did absolutely nothing, and maybe a took me a little backwards. The testosterone pellets were all shoved in the same spot leaving me with a goose egg on my hip for 3-4 months. Others have told me they should never be inserted like that. This is a scam. I called to inform them that I will not be using their services as my medical insurance will not cover the services. I call more than once to talk to some supposed finance company as well as the clinic only to have some person named Justin (not from the actual clinic) talk to me with utter disrespect over the phone. the office experience was fine. however I never received my medication for the year although I paid for it.my first vile got recalled so I had to throw it out. it took them 3 months to get me the replacement. was supposed to get 3 more viles for the year. I never received them. they didn't return my calls and still wont after 2 years. go somewhere else
Agreed to procedure and NuMale got me 2 loans to pay for procedure. Refunded one. Was very busy at time and could do the procedure but paid $2500.00. They gave me a follow up call. I said I was too busy at the time. They then said when I was ready to call back and get going again. Gave a call 14 months later and was told the $2500.00 was for a year.
