I first started coming to this place about five years ago and had great results after about three years of treatment. Dr. Siegel and the whole staff was a pleasure. I moved to Texas for two years just came back to see my mother who is on deaths door with all different kinds of cancer and tried to restore my treatment and talk to Dr. Siegel. Awful, awful, awful and even though I was taking shots in my penis mind you, I did all I was told to do, it did not work. I want my 4 thousand dollars back. If I do not get my money refunded, I am filing with BBB, State and federal attorney general, and former complaint on the doctor that lied to me and took my money.
the treatment is good but the customer service SUCKS!!! Anthony is a arrogant, sneaky anal person that has no customer service skills at all Justin is just there for the money I call to resolve issues and I can't even get a call back from the clinic
not all the time it works and it is too expensive for the time it lasts if it works for you, it is not 100% effective I do not return and I do not recommend it

I had no other place to try and figure what do i have to lose and for the past 3 months everything they told me has happened.my confidence has grown again and i feel like my old self again.Its up to YOU to keep the treatment going and things eill change.
I signed up for the second year, last April. They closed the office in August. They kept my money and I never got a single treatment for testosterone, but they took the $2,000. I did get one shipment of ED medicine and about to run out. They have shut of the phone and I can't get in touch with them. I am very disappointed in their customer service.
Was talked into multiple "treatments" when i really only wanted TRT and EROS. After not wanting to do the treatments after negative side effects I was told I couldn't get a refund for the negative treatments and was stuck paying for them even know I wasn't using them. I don't recommend them. All they care about is emptying your wallet. They don't care about you or helping you. Plus their TRT therapy is overpriced (like most of their treatments). Go through someone else and save your money and the poor experience.
These people know what they are doing. I’ve gotten nothing but positive results and nothing less than good things to say about NuMale!
