The customer service was excellent, the time frame for our son customized wheelchair was very reasonable.We are very pleased with the product and the knowledge of the pleasant staff that helped with informing us on how to completely handle everything on the wheelchair..We are grateful and happy with the company.

The service man was good and he was here timely but they weren’t able to fix my wheelchair because they didn’t have the parts. I explained to new motion several times what the problem was and they just blew me off so now I guess I have to wait another two weeks for parts And then for him to have time to come put it in
