The technician who came out was fantastic. Contacted me to see if it was okay to come early. It was okay. She was very friendly, kind, confident, & prepared. Made eye contact while she talked. I was able to ask questions & she was very informed & answered all my questions. It's clear she knows exactly what she is doing. Also so very awesome to see a female in this position!!! Great job on hiring her!! 👏🏼 I cannot say enough great things about Katie!! She is wonderful.
All staff was professional and very detailed and making sure that all the proper adjustments were made to my wheelchair and the most comfortable thank you for everything
Took a very long time to get the wheelchair. But when it was delivered, I could not believe how courteous and friendly Tyler was! He took the time explaining everything and answered any questions I had. We even made a appointment for him to come back and do any do any adjustments,after having it for some time. Tyler is a great employee!
been wanting 3+ years for a wheelchair assist insurance said they have been getting billed for it. they will avoid you at any cost if they charge you as well and you know they're dodging you contact your insurance company immediately
Katie is amazing but is way overbooked. She needs more help because my wait time for service so much longer than it ever was before. She needs more help.
