When Katie finally received the parts and was able to fix the chair, it was great! She is a skilled technician and was a joy to work with. We were disappointed by the wait time before the repair, but that was not her fault. It’s just a shame that it took so long to get the parts and get scheduled. That was frustrating. Overall our experiences with Numotion staff have been very positive.

I had some problems initially getting my equipment, not Numotions fault. When the equipment was delivered and setup the experience was exceptional. I was told when they would be arriving, was texted when on the way and the technician was friendly, helpful, answered all questions knowledgeably. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
