Worst experience ever! CADI was to pay for equipment, NuMotion screwed up and got it covered under my insurance. Then, they screwed up and the insurance didn’t cover it. CADI stepped in to pay for it, but NuMotion sat on it for a month then decided to get permission to supply it while I am out of state. Still awaiting middle of February when I started this process back in June! Absolute worst experience ever. It’s like NuMotion has no clue what they are doing and refuse to even return phone calls and figure it all out ... read more

Great. Your worker showed up in a rain storm and assessed me right where I’m at. Was knowledgeable and gave me the type wheelchair that works. Best for me. Best part is she’ll bring it to me when it comes in. 2-3 mos. As soon as it’s there I’ll come. My chair. I have now is being supported by duct tape. Knowledgeable and even wanted to address wounds. I have. Due to prosthetic fit or overuse. Thanks.
