Your reception area needs an actual person to welcome in customers. I only noticed a bell sitting on the table obscured by magazines AFTER I called out, "Hello, is there anybody here?" The repair folks were busy working on equipment in their work area. Other than the discombobulated reception area, the two attendees were friendly and prompt.
Patient thorough service. You're not in a great place when you need durable medical supplies. Dealing with good people makes a world of difference.
